Rental window
Standard rental is 7 days. Your box is guaranteed to arrive by the start date. Return by dropping the prepaid box at UPS by the last day. Extra days are $20 each.
Deposit and balance
A $100 deposit holds your date. The balance is charged 30 days before your rental starts. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before the wedding.
Date changes
Free date changes up to 21 days before your rental start, subject to availability.
Accident Cover
Accidental damage to a camcorder is capped at $150 per camcorder. Lost or unreturned equipment is charged at replacement value. The instant camera is covered the same way, capped at $40.
What you keep
The album, every print, and leftover film are yours to keep.
Late returns
Late returns are charged $20 per day until shipped.
Footage
We back up all footage on receipt and keep it for 12 months. We never share your footage without written permission.
Faulty equipment
If anything arrives faulty, tell us right away and we'll overnight a replacement.
