Yes. Every package includes an instant-print camera, film, and a linen guestbook album. Guests snap a print, stick it in the album and write you a note. You keep the album and all the prints. Only the camera comes back.
Organized raw clips within 5 days of your box reaching us, and your edited film within 3 weeks. Need it faster? The 7-day rush add-on is $99.
Peak season (May to October) Saturdays go first, so 4 to 6 months ahead is ideal. If your date shows as open in the calendar, it's yours, even if the wedding is next month.
By the first day of your rental window. We recommend starting 3 days before the wedding so you can charge, test, and brief your directors.
This is the number one worry, so we built for it: a shot list with names to assign, 24 or more interview prompt cards, a table tent, and guide stickers right on the camera. Couples who name a director get the best films.
Assign one trusted person to each, or add the tall tripod for the vows and the clip-on mic for toasts. The shot list makes these the first two jobs.
Every booking includes Accident Cover: if a camcorder is damaged, your cost is capped at $150. If it's lost, replacement value applies. If a camera arrives faulty, we overnight a new one.
Free date changes up to 21 days before your rental starts, subject to availability. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before your wedding.
We ship across the US, with Canada and the UK on request. Extra rental days are $20 each.
Yes. Tell us a song, a mood and three moments you can't live without. We'll license a track if your pick can't be used online.
Only you. Clips live in a private link, and we never post your film without written permission.
